129例漏斗胸患者的心理健康狀況研究

摘要： 目的研究漏斗胸患者的心理健康水平,為建立該病的生理-心理-社會(huì)綜合治療方案提供依據(jù)。方法選取2009年7月至2011年5月入本院胸外科診治且心理問卷有效的漏斗胸患者129例,術(shù)前使用心理測(cè)試軟件系統(tǒng)中癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)對(duì)其進(jìn)行測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果與全國成人常模進(jìn)行差異性比較,并與術(shù)后滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果漏斗胸患者SCL-90的軀體化、人際敏感、抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)、恐怖、偏執(zhí)等7個(gè)因子分顯著高于常模。術(shù)后滿意度得分與總分、敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、精神病性因子均有顯著性負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論漏斗胸患者的心理健康水平較低,術(shù)前心理健康篩查對(duì)于制定合理治療方案具有重要意義。
Objective To learn the level of the Mental Health in patients with pectus excavatum,to supply important basis of Comprehensive treatment scheme of Biopsychosocial.Methods The data extracted from 129 voluntary patients before surgery by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) effectively in department of thoracic surgery of our hospital between 2009/2011,and it was compared with Chinese norm for adults.A correlation analysis is performed between SCL-90 and Postoperative Satisfaction Survey results.Results The scores of seven factors including somatisation,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoed ideation in SCL-90 were higher than those of norm.The scores of Postoperative Satisfaction Survey were significant negative correlation with six factors of the total score,hostility,paranoed ideation and psychosis listed in SCL-90.Conclusion The level of mental health of patients with pectus excavatum is worse than those of healthy people,it is important for the patients making psychological lest before the operation to develop a reasonable treatment.
