美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼治療高海拔地區(qū)小面積Ⅱ度燒傷臨床體會(huì)

摘要： 目的回顧性分析美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼在高海拔地區(qū)治療小面積Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法對120例采用美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼治療的不同部位面積小于5%TBSA的Ⅱ度燒傷患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié),分析美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼換藥治療高海拔地區(qū)小面積Ⅱ度燒傷的臨床療效。結(jié)果 120例燒傷患者創(chuàng)面經(jīng)美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼換藥治療后,淺Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面5 d～10 d愈合,深Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面12 d～18 d愈合,愈合后皮膚平整,無瘢痕增生,外觀及功能良好,效果滿意。結(jié)論本療法痛苦小,抗感染能力強(qiáng),愈合時(shí)間短,愈后效果滿意,方法簡便實(shí)用,適宜臨床廣泛推廣應(yīng)用。
Objective To analyze retrospectively the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of small-areaⅡdegree burn in high altitude regions.Methods The clinical data of a total of 120Ⅱdegree burned patients with a TBSA<5%at different locations treated with MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing were summarized retrospectively to analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO Dressing in treating small-areaⅡdegree burns in high altitude regions. Results After the treatment of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing,the superficialⅡdegree burns healed in 5～10 days,and the deepⅡdegree bums healed in 12～18days.The healed skin was smooth and even without scar hyperplasia,and the appearance and function were very good,so the efficacy was satisfying.Conclusion MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing is easy and convenient to be adopted and should be promoted widely in clinic in that it results in less pain and is effective in countering infection and shortening the healing time as well as realizing good healing effects.
