再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)創(chuàng)面治療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

摘要： 目的總結(jié)燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)的創(chuàng)面換藥規(guī)范。方法總結(jié)燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療不同深度創(chuàng)面尤其是深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)換藥流程,展示講解燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療局部創(chuàng)面時的重點以及相應(yīng)操作,如Ⅱ度創(chuàng)面水皰處理,液化期創(chuàng)面處理,Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面耕耘減張術(shù)以及壞死組織薄化術(shù)與開窗術(shù)。結(jié)果規(guī)范的創(chuàng)面治療對于燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)的療效至關(guān)重要,只有按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程正確應(yīng)用才能顯示出再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)在保持創(chuàng)面濕潤,緩解疼痛,抗感染,促進壞死組織液化排除,改善淤滯帶微循環(huán)以及防止瘢痕等方面的優(yōu)越性。結(jié)論燒傷再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)的創(chuàng)面治療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該推廣普及以確保燒傷創(chuàng)面再生愈合,尤其是大面積深度燒傷創(chuàng)面(包括深Ⅱ度以及Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面)不需植皮愈合且無瘢痕形成。
Objective To summarize and standardize the burn wound dressing change of BRT&MEBT/MEBO. Method Summarize the standardized SOP of BRT&MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of different burn wounds especially deep second and third degree burn wound.Illustrate and demonstrate the key points and related procedures of BRT&MEBT/ MEBO in burn wound management in respect of "blister care" in second degree burn,"management at liquefaction stage", "skin incision tension reliving" as well as "necrotic tissue thinning technique and windowing" in third degree burn.Result standardized wound management is critical to the therapeutic efficacy of BRT&MEBT/MEBO.Only with standardized application MEBT/MEBO can show superiority to other conventional method in maintaining local moisture,relieving pain,infection, promoting liquefaction and drainage of necrotic tissue,improving microcirculation of stasis zone,and preventing scar hyperplasia post healing.Conclusion standardized dressing change procedure of MEBT/MEBO should be promoted and popularized so as to achieve the regenerative healing of burn wound especially extensive full-thickness burnt wound(including deep second degree and third degree burns) without skin grafting and with minimal scar formation.
