應(yīng)用皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)治療難愈性創(chuàng)面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)

摘要： 慢性難愈性創(chuàng)面具有病因復(fù)雜、病程長(zhǎng)、并發(fā)癥多等特點(diǎn),是臨床治療中的棘手問題。此報(bào)告介紹了應(yīng)用皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)(MEBT/MEBO)治療慢性難愈性創(chuàng)面的臨床治療情況。臨床實(shí)踐證明,MEBT/MEBO在難愈性創(chuàng)面的治療中能夠無(wú)損傷地液化排除壞死組織,通過體細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化為干細(xì)胞實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)面組織器官的原位再生復(fù)原。在較快愈合創(chuàng)面的同時(shí),具有止痛、控制感染、創(chuàng)面愈合質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是慢性難愈性創(chuàng)面較理想的治療方法..下圖是臨床應(yīng)用的典型病例圖片,詳細(xì)病例資料請(qǐng)觀看本期雜志所附光盤。
Chronic refractory,wound with its characteristics of complicated causes,long disease coupe,multiple complications and ect.is a tough problem in clinic.This paper is to introduce the clinical experience of MEBT/MEBO in treating chronic refractory wounds.Clinical practice has proved that MEBT/MEBO,when used to manage chronic refraetory wounds,ean remove and liquefy necrotic tissues without further injury and realize the in situ regenerative restoration of tissues and organs by means of transforming somatic ceils into stern ceils.In addition to speeding up the wound healing process,it has the other advantages of pain relieving,infection controlling and good quality of wound healing and so on.Thus,MEBT/MEBO is a much ideal therapy of treating chronic refractory wounds.
