摘要： 燒傷皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)的臨床治療效果取決于創(chuàng)面治療時的操作技術(shù)水平,作者憑借多年來的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)淺談燒傷皮膚原位再生復(fù)原技術(shù)的臨床操作規(guī)范,強(qiáng)調(diào)了創(chuàng)面應(yīng)在傷后最短時間內(nèi)按MEBT/MEBO的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)治療方法進(jìn)行治療,以盡早激活燒傷創(chuàng)面的潛能再生細(xì)胞(PRCs),實(shí)現(xiàn)體細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化為干細(xì)胞,保障皮膚再生復(fù)原所需的生理性濕潤環(huán)境,使創(chuàng)面按照生理程序再生復(fù)原皮膚組織器官其中,早期創(chuàng)面處理要點(diǎn):保護(hù)創(chuàng)面,減輕疼痛,避免再損傷,恢復(fù)瘀滯帶微循環(huán)。創(chuàng)面液化期處理要點(diǎn):清除液化物,按照"三及時"和"三不"原則積極換藥。創(chuàng)面修復(fù)期處理要點(diǎn):減少創(chuàng)面刺激,預(yù)防創(chuàng)面干燥或浸漬,保持創(chuàng)面周圍清潔和避免創(chuàng)面受壓創(chuàng)面恢復(fù)期處理要點(diǎn):養(yǎng)護(hù)初愈的皮膚下圖是規(guī)范應(yīng)用MEBT/MEBO治療Ⅲ度淺型和Ⅲ度深型燒傷的典型病例圖片,詳細(xì)病例資料請觀看本期雜志所附光盤。
The Clinical therapeutic efficacy of the in situ burned skin regenerative restoration technology(MEBT/ MEBO)depends on the operational ability of managing the wounds.Based on years of clinical experience,this paper made a brief introduction of the clinical operating standards of MEBT/MEBO and stressed that the standardized application of MEBT/ MEBO as early as possible after the injury is very important in thai it can activate the potential regenerative cells(PRCs)at an early time and realize the transformation of somatic cells into stein cells as well as guarantee a physiologieally moist environment needed for skin regenerative restoration so as to make the wound regenerate and recover its tissues and organs following the physiological procedures.And moreover,the key points of early wound management are protecting the wound,relieving pains, avoiding further damage and recovering the nficrocirculation at the stasis zone;the key points of wound management at the liquefaction stage are removing the liquefied products and actively changing dressing following the principles of"Three Timely"and"Three No";the key points at the reparation stage are reducing the stimulation to the wound,preventing the wound from dryness and maceration and keeping the wound edge clean as well as avoiding any compression on the wound;and the key points at the recovery stage are proteeting and nourishing the newly healed skin.
