美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼應(yīng)用于燒傷供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面的臨床總結(jié)

摘要： 目的觀察美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼在燒傷患者供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面應(yīng)用的療效。方法兩組患者分別以美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼與凡士林油紗應(yīng)用于供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面,對(duì)比臨床療效。結(jié)果美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼治療組在各供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、各供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面愈后外觀等方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,具有顯著差異。結(jié)論美寶創(chuàng)瘍貼在促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面盡早愈合,減輕患者供皮區(qū)創(chuàng)面疼痛,減少瘢痕形成等方面取得了較好的效果。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in treating the donor-sites of burn patients.Methods Comparable donor-sites of burn patients were treated with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing and Vaseline gauze respectively to compare their clinical efficacy.Results MEBO group was obviously superior to Vaseline group in terms of healing time and cured wound appearance of the donor-sites.Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is effective in promoting wound healing,alleviating pain at donor sites and reducing scar formation.
