皮膚潰瘍創(chuàng)面的中西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究近況

摘要： 皮膚潰瘍是臨床最常見的慢性損傷之一,其發(fā)病機(jī)制復(fù)雜,至今尚未完全闡明,不同原因所致的皮膚潰瘍創(chuàng)面病因?qū)W不同,發(fā)病機(jī)制也各有差異。在臨床上,治療皮膚潰瘍的方法很多,局部治療是主要手段之一,但臨床療效并不盡人意,是臨床創(chuàng)面修復(fù)的一大難題。促進(jìn)潰瘍創(chuàng)面的修復(fù)愈合是治療慢性皮膚潰瘍的基本任務(wù),而尋找安全有效的治療方法是目前研究的熱點問題。近年來,在中西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)與臨床科研人員的努力下,有關(guān)慢性皮膚潰瘍的基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床治療的許多方面已取得長足進(jìn)步,有力地推動了皮膚創(chuàng)面愈合整體水平的提高。本文旨在對近年來慢性皮膚潰瘍創(chuàng)面的中西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究近況作一概述。
Skin ulcer is one of the most common chronic injuries in clinic,with the very complex pathogenesis which has not been fully understood since skin ulcers caused by different reasons have different wound etiology and pathogenesis. In clinic,there are many approaches to treat skin ulcers,and topical treatment is one of the major method,hut its clinical therapeutic effect is unsatisfactory.There is unmet need for clinical skin ulcer wound repair.To promote the wound healing is the basic task of treating chronic skin ulcers and thus,to find out a safe and effective treatment becomes the focus of present studies.In recent years,through the collaborated efforts of basic and clinical researchers at Chinese and western medical fields,the basic research and clinical studies related to chronic ulcers have made great progress,which strongly promoted the overall level of skin wound healing.This paper aims to review Chinese & western medicine basis of skin ulcerous wound and status quo of clinical studies in recent years.
