烏司他丁在重度燒傷中應(yīng)用進展

摘要： 嚴(yán)重?zé)?創(chuàng))傷后,常常伴有某些細胞因子表達異常,并直接影響到疾病的發(fā)展和預(yù)后,尋找改善上述病理變化的治療藥物和方法成了燒傷醫(yī)學(xué)重點研究的課題之一。目前多數(shù)學(xué)者認(rèn)為,烏司他丁(UTI)在改善危重疾病的細胞因子異常變化方面具有一定作用。為了進一步探討UTI在燒傷、創(chuàng)傷中的治療作用,作者復(fù)習(xí)了近年來有關(guān)烏司他丁的藥理作用、臨床應(yīng)用效果及作用機制等文獻,旨在為燒傷和創(chuàng)傷基礎(chǔ)研究與臨床應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。
Abnormal cytokines expression usually occurs after major burns,and directly affects disease progress and prognosis.It has been an important research subject to find an approach or drug to improve above pathological changes. Many researchers believe,at present,that UTI acts on improving the abnormal cytokines changes of critical illness.To further explore the role of UTI in the treatment of burn and trauma,we reviewed all the recent papers about pharmacological actions, clinical efficacy and mechanism of UTI to provide a reference for basic research and clinical application of bum and trauma.
