皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)結(jié)合早期磨削術(shù)在面部深Ⅱ度燒傷治療中的應(yīng)用

摘要： 目的觀察皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)結(jié)合早期磨削術(shù)對(duì)面部深Ⅱ度燒傷患者治療的臨床療效。方法對(duì)46例住院的面部深Ⅱ度燒傷患者采用皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)結(jié)合早期磨削術(shù)治療結(jié)果46例患者創(chuàng)面全部愈合,且愈合時(shí)間縮短,創(chuàng)面再生修復(fù)效果理想,其中傷后2 h內(nèi)結(jié)合創(chuàng)面磨削術(shù)治療效果最佳(P<0.05)。結(jié)論皮膚原位再生醫(yī)療技術(shù)結(jié)合早期磨削術(shù)是治療面部深Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面較為理想的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO/MEBT combined with early abrasion in the treatment of facial deepⅡdegree burn.Methods A total of 46 hospitalized patients with deepⅡdegree facial burn all received skin regenerative therapy combined with early abrasion.Results 46 patients' wounds were all healed with ideal time of healing and skin regeneration.Best therapeutic effects were obtained in cases where MEBT/MEBO in combination with abrasion was adopted 2 hours after burn(P<0.05 ).Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combine with early abrasion is ideal in the treatment of facial deepⅡdegree burn wound.
