濕性薄化技術治療深度燒傷35例療效觀察

摘要： 目的觀察濕性薄化技術治療深度燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法將53例深度燒傷患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,治療組35例,采用濕性薄化技術處理創(chuàng)面;對照組18例,采用濕性醫(yī)療技術處理創(chuàng)面,觀察兩組創(chuàng)面愈合時間及疼痛程度。結(jié)果治療組與對照組相比,在縮短深Ⅱ度與Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面的愈合時間上均有顯著性差異,在降低疼痛方面亦有顯著性差異。結(jié)論采用濕性薄化技術治療深度燒傷創(chuàng)面具有愈合時間短,疼痛小等優(yōu)點。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moist thinning technique in treating deep burn wounds. Methods A total of 53 cases of deep burn patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in test group treated with moist thinning technique,and 18 in control group with only moist technique.The wound healing time and pain grade of the two groups were observed.Results There was significant difference between control group and test group in shortening the healing time of both deepⅡandⅢdegree burn wounds as well as in reducing pains.Conclusion Moist thinning technique has advantages of shorter healing time and less pain in treating deep burn wounds.
