濕潤(rùn)半暴露療法治療耳廓深Ⅱ度燒傷臨床觀察

摘要： 目的探討濕潤(rùn)半暴露療法治療耳廓深Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法對(duì)35例(60只耳)耳廓深Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面覆蓋濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏(MEBO)油紗半暴露治療,觀察創(chuàng)面愈合過(guò)程及愈合后瘢痕增生情況。結(jié)果創(chuàng)面全部自行愈合,平均愈合時(shí)間為21 d±4 d,創(chuàng)面未予植皮,無(wú)耳軟骨炎、小耳畸形、"菜花"耳等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,隨訪6個(gè)月～1年,未見(jiàn)瘢痕增生。結(jié)論濕潤(rùn)半暴露療法治療耳廓燒傷方法簡(jiǎn)便,可促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,減輕瘢痕增生,降低耳軟骨炎及小耳畸形的發(fā)生率。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of treating auricle burns of deep second degree with MEBT/MEBO.Methods A total of 35 patients(60 auricles) were treated with MEBO and semi -exposed method, wound healing process and scar formation was observed.Results After an average of 21±4 d days,the patients were all self - healed without skin grafting,all of the auricles recovered normal shape,and no complications of ear chondritis,microtia and cauliflower ear were observed.No scar hyperplasia was observed by the follow - up of 6 months to a year.Conclusion It is an effective method to treat auricle burns with MEBO,which can promote wound healing,reduce scar hyperplasia and the incidence of chondritis,microtia of the ear.
