創(chuàng)瘍貼在燒傷殘留創(chuàng)面中的應(yīng)用

摘要： 目的總結(jié)創(chuàng)瘍貼對燒傷殘留創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法回顧性收集了過去兩年應(yīng)用創(chuàng)瘍貼治療燒傷殘留創(chuàng)面的病歷資料,進(jìn)行歸納,分析創(chuàng)面愈合時間、止痛效果、創(chuàng)面感染菌種及隨訪情況。結(jié)果 72例殘留創(chuàng)面的治愈率為96%,平均愈合時間為15.5 d±2.8 d,感染得到有效控制,且有止痛效果。結(jié)論創(chuàng)瘍貼利于燒傷殘留創(chuàng)面的愈合,能有效控制創(chuàng)面感染。
Objective Summarize the clinical therapeutic effect of MEBO dressing for wounds and ulcers on residual burn wounds.Methods Retrospectively collected the medical records of patients with residual burn wounds treated with MEBO dressing for wounds and ulcers,sum up and analyze the healing time, analgesic effect,bacteria strains at infected wounds and follow - up.Results For 72 cases of residual wounds,the healing rate was 96%with an average healing time of 15.5 d±2.8 d,the infection was controlled effectively and moreover there was analgesic effect.Conclusion MEBO dressing for wounds and ulcers is beneficial to the healing of residual bum wounds,being able to control wound infection effectively.
