濕潤(rùn)暴露療法在黃磷燒傷治療中的應(yīng)用

摘要： 目的探討濕潤(rùn)暴露療法(MEBT)治療黃磷燒傷的臨床療效。方法對(duì)2001年1月至今接診的42例黃磷燒傷采用MEBT治療的病歷資料進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié)。結(jié)果治愈出院25例,其余好轉(zhuǎn)病例在家中接受治療,全部治愈。結(jié)論 MEBT治療黃磷燒灼傷安全易行,療效可靠。 Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of MEBT in the treatment of yellow phosphorous burn injuries.Methods Retrospectively summarized the medical records of 42 cases with yellow phosphorous burn injuries treated by MEBT since January 2001.Results 25 cases were healed and discharged.The others were improved and treated at home until fully recovered.Conclusion It is an easy and simple way with reliable efficacy to apply MEBT in the treatment of phosphorous burn injuries.
