增生性筋膜炎

摘要： 報告1例增生性筋膜炎?；颊吲?67歲。因雙側(cè)腹股溝及外陰皮膚紅腫變硬3周就診。皮膚科檢查:雙側(cè)腹股溝及外陰皮膚紅腫變硬,不能捏起,腹部皮膚松弛。皮損組織病理檢查:真皮至皮下組織內(nèi)不等量黏液基質(zhì)、成纖維細(xì)胞、膠原纖維和炎性細(xì)胞的背景下,可見較多特征性的神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞樣巨細(xì)胞,胞質(zhì)豐富呈嗜堿性。診斷:增生性筋膜炎。
A case of proliferative fasciitis is reported.A 67-year-old female patient presented with red swelling and hardening skin on the bilateral groins and vulvae for three weeks.Physical examinations showed red swelling and harden skin of the bilateral groins and vulvae.The skin could not pinch up.Histopathology examination revealed more distinctive neural ganglion cell-like giant cells in dermis and hypoderm under the background of unequal quantity mucus,fibroblast,collagen fiber and inflammatory cells.Cytoplasm was plentiful and basophilic.The clinical and pathological feature of this case supported the diagnosis of proliferative fasciitis.
