MEBT/MEBO聯(lián)合鋼絲牽拉治療皮膚壞死缺損創(chuàng)面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)

摘要： 目的:總結(jié)燒傷濕性醫(yī)療技術(shù)MEBT/MEBO聯(lián)合鋼絲牽拉治療皮膚壞死缺損創(chuàng)面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法:86例皮膚壞死缺損創(chuàng)面,全部按照MEBT/MEBO聯(lián)合鋼絲牽拉皮緣規(guī)范換藥治療。結(jié)果:創(chuàng)面無感染,全部愈合,無瘢痕攣縮,皮膚彈性好,色澤接近正常。結(jié)論:MEBT/MEBO聯(lián)合鋼絲牽拉治療皮膚壞死缺損創(chuàng)面有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)、簡便。 Objective:To summarize the experience of treating wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect with MEBO/MEBO combining with steel wire pulling.Methods:86 patients with wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect were treated with MEBT / MEBO combined steel wire pulling.Standardized dressing change was made.Results:All wounds healed without infection and scar contracture.New skin had a good elastics and almost normal color.Conclusions: It is an effective,economical and simple method to treat the wounds having cutaneous necrosis and defect with MEBT / MEBO combined steel wire pulling.
