濕潤燒傷膏聯(lián)合創(chuàng)瘍貼治療深度燒傷

摘要： 目的:探討濕潤燒傷膏與創(chuàng)瘍貼聯(lián)合應(yīng)用治療深度燒傷創(chuàng)面的臨床療效。方法:對2007年～2009年兩年內(nèi),采用濕潤燒傷膏與創(chuàng)瘍貼聯(lián)合應(yīng)用治療的28例深度燒傷病歷資料作回顧性總結(jié)分析,創(chuàng)面局部先用濕潤燒傷膏治療,在新生肉芽組織布滿創(chuàng)面之時,改用創(chuàng)瘍貼外敷治療;在加強局部治療的同時,積極予以抗感染,防治并發(fā)癥,營養(yǎng)支持等綜合措施治療。結(jié)果:原發(fā)性休克得到了有效控制,肺部感染和心功能不全進行綜合治療后痊愈;28例患者創(chuàng)面全部愈合,無繼發(fā)感染,深Ⅱ度創(chuàng)面在18天～22天之間愈合,未見瘢痕增生;淺Ⅲ度創(chuàng)面的愈合時間為31天～42天,留有少量瘢痕,但無功能障礙。結(jié)論:濕潤燒傷膏與創(chuàng)瘍貼聯(lián)合應(yīng)用治療深度燒傷創(chuàng)面,方法簡便、有效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of treating deep burn with MEBO Ointment plus MEBO Wounds and Ulcers Dressing.Methods:Retrospective review of 28 case data with deep burn collected in a period of 2007 to 2009. All 28 cases were treated with MEBO Ointment plus MEBO Wounds and Ulcers Dressing.First,MEBO Ointment was applied to the wounds,then MEBO Wounds and Ulcers Dressing was used as dressing care when new granulation tissue grew. At the same time,the measures,such as anti - infection,preventing and treating complications and nutrition support were taken actively as well.Results:Primary shock was handled effectively;lung infection and cardiac insufficiency were cured by system treatment.Conclusion:Treating deep burn with MEBO Ointment plus MEBO Wounds and Ulcers Dressing is a simple and effective method.
