頭面部燒傷合并外耳道燒傷臨床治療體會

摘要： 目的:觀察濕潤燒傷膏藥紗填塞治療對外耳道燒傷創(chuàng)面的療效。方法:對我科2005年3月至2009年12月住院的17例嚴重頭面部燒傷合并外耳道燒傷的患者采用濕潤燒傷膏藥紗治療后,定時檢查外耳道、鼓膜的變化,并測試聽力。結(jié)果:濕潤燒傷膏藥紗治療嚴重頭面部燒傷合并外耳道燒傷療效好,愈后鼓膜與聽力正常。結(jié)論:濕潤燒傷膏藥紗治療嚴重頭面部燒傷合并外耳道燒傷具有促進創(chuàng)面再生修復(fù),較好地保持鼓膜完整和聽力正常的良好效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of treating external auditory canal burn with wadded MEBO oil gauze. Method:17 cases of severe craniofacial burn combined with external auditory canal burn admitted to hospital from Mar. 2005 to Dec.2009 were treated with wadded MEBO oil gauze.The change of external auditory canal and tympanic membrane were monitored and hearing was tested regularly.Results:Treating severe craniofacial burn combined with external auditory canal burn with wadded MEBO oil gauze had good effect.The tympanic membrane and hearing of patients returned to normal.Conclusion:Wadded MEBO oil gauze can promote wound regeneration in treating severe craniofacial burn combined with external auditory canal burn;it can better maintain integrity of tympanic membrane and hearing in normal.
